The Greater Midland race events are celebrating 12 days of Christmas and local runners and walkers will benefit with exciting prizes.

Starting December 13, anyone who registers for at least one of the upcoming races scheduled for the 2016 race season will be entered into a drawing for that day’s special prize. Those who register for multiple races will be entered into the drawing multiple times.

Even if participants are not lucky enough to win the daily prize, they still win by receiving the lowest registration rates being offered.

The 2016 race events include:

· Loons Pennant Race on April 9

· Dow RunWalk on May 21

· Forest Frenzy obstacle race on June 2 and 3

· Tri Kids Try Triathlon on July 16

· Rockin’ Rave Race on October 9
