Community Center
If you have never logged in to WebTrac, but have done business with us before and have a sales receipt, you can find your username and initial password on a previous receipt. Your username is your Household Number as shown on your sales receipt.
If you do not know your username and/or password, but have your e-mail address on file with us, you can have your login information sent to you via e-mail by visiting our Forgot Your Password page and completing the form.

EXTENDED CARE
All of our Community Center Summer Camps include Extended Care at no additional charge!
Monday - Friday l 7:15am - 9am, 11:30am - 1:30pm & 4pm - 5:45pm
Campers attending AM sessions can utilize the morning and lunchtime sessions. Campers attending PM sessions can utilize the lunchtime and evening sessions. Campers attending both AM & PM sessions can utilize all three sessions.
Your child will be escorted to/from their camp and supervised during extended care. All campers are eligible to utilize our extended care service free of charge!

Healthy food helps fuel your summer! Join us for FREE complete meals before and during your summer camp adventures!

PARENT INFORMATION
registration checklist
Register your camper at the Greater Midland Community Center Welcome Center or online. Space is limited, and registrations will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis. Our camps fill up quickly, so we encourage parents to register early.
PAYMENT DEADLINES: All camper balances must be paid in full two weeks before the camp starts. If you are not paid in full by that date, we may offer your spot to another camper. A $20 service fee will be applied to registrations or camps not paid in full within two weeks of the camp start date.
SIGN IN/OUT All: campers must be signed in by their camp’s starting time when arriving at camp. For the safety of campers, only persons listed on the authorized pickup section of their health history form may sign a camper out. Picture identification is required when signing campers out.
