CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Hi-Rider: CYCLE STUDIO 55 minutes. A great class for beginner and advanced fitness levels!! You will learn basic seating position and riding techniques as you complete a 50-55 minute journey. Please reserve your seat by stopping at Welcome Center, no phone reservations, only 18 bikes are available. Cardio High-Low intensity. New participants plan to arrive 10 min. early to set up.
Weights & Core Circuit: STUDIO 1 - 55 minutes. Muscle sculpting and cardio circuit class, focusing on the core.
Zumba®: STUDIO 1 - 55 minutes. Join the Party! Music from around the world, Latin moves and LOTS of fun! A class for all fitness levels! Be ready to shake, laugh, sweat and work hard!
TRX®: STUDIO 3 - 45 minutes. TRX Suspension Training using your body weight. There is a limit of 10 people per class and you must sign up at Welcome Center. New participants plan to arrive 10 min. early to set up.
Circuit Boot Camp: STUDIO 1 – Incorporates body weight exercises, such as pushups, lunges and crunches, as well as high intensity plyometrics. Utilizes Interval training - bursts of high intensity plyometrics (modifiable as necessary for current ability) and low intensity strength training.
