This challenge includes 2 InBody Assessments; One prior to start of the challenge and one at the end of the challenge. You will be able to participate in two "Ask the Trainer" virtual sessions at the start and 4-weeks into the challenge. A pre-challenge InBody must be completed between Jan 9-15.
