Sell your items: 1. Drop off your components and bicycles the day before (October 15th) between 4-8pm. We will sell them for a 10% donation to the association. Some suggestions for selling your items are: A. If the item has multiple pieces, place them in a box or bag. B. Have all applicable information ready when you drop your items off (make, year, approximate miles ridden, size, model, and frame material). C. Clean all items thoroughly. D. Be sure to include all piece parts such as bolts, screws, mounting hardware, etc. When you drop off your items, you will be asked how you want to receive your payment if your item sells. Payments can be made by cash (Saturday afternoon from 3-5pm at the Community Center), Venmo or Paypal (seller pays all fees. Please be prepared to provide your account information). When you drop off your items, you will be provided with a receipt that is required to either pick up your item or receive your cash. Pickup of unsold items no later than 5pm on Saturday the 16th. Any item unclaimed after this time becomes the property of CMMBA and will be considered a donation. 2. Reserve a table for a $50 donation and sell your items yourself This excludes bicycles. Setup for the tables starts at 8am on Saturday, October 16th. Bike shops are welcome. Limited number of tables are available, so reserve early. Reservations close on Friday, October 8th (No refund for table reservations). Tables can be reserved with Venmo, PayPal or by contacting Steve Keeley at stephenkeeley@hotmail.com or 989-400-8656 and arranging payment with cash or check. If paying by Venmo or PayPal, be sure to put “Bike Swap table” in the notes.
