Run the River | 5K Run & 5K Walk | Chippewa Trail (other side of the Tridge)
Part of River Days, the must-attend event of a Midland summer!  Join us at the Tridge for an evening run, hot air balloons and so much more! NEW in 2024 a 1 MILE Run!

RUN FOR THE PINT! Run and walk participants receive a custom glass & complimentary drink ticket for the Rotary Tent courtesy of Fabiano Brothers and Midland Brewing Company.

*Part of the Midland Triple Challenge (5K or 1 MILE* new this year). Register for the Triple Challenge (all 3 races with one click and one payment) and secure your extra swag!

Packet Pick-Up Friday, Aug 2 at the Tridge from 5:00-6:35 PM.

Late registration will be open Friday, August 2 from 5:00-6:15PM before the race takes place at the Tridge!!!  

Bring your family and enjoy a full evening of festival excitement! Enjoy zip-lining, the bungee jumper, and the climbing wall. Wander through the Art Fair and Marker’s Market while being entertained by live music. At 9:00 PM, the traditional Balloon Glow will light up Chippewassee Park and then make it a wrap with the outdoor movie behind The H Hotel.   • NEW THIS YEAR: 1 MILE awards for our youngest participants (ages 14 & under).

  • Award to top boy & girl overall finishers in 1 Mile Run
