ACTIVITY ROOMS
Three versatile activity rooms with direct access to the pool from each space. Activity rooms 1 and 2 can combine to make a larger room for bigger gatherings, seating about 30 guests per room. They also offer kitchenettes for catering needs. Activity room 3 is separate from the first two but offers a bar area for easier food distribution instead of a kitchenette; it can seat up to 40 guests.

CLASSROOMS
Two versatile classrooms that are easily accessible and a little quieter. They offer whiteboards at the front of the room. Both are great for parties, gatherings, church groups and more.

CONFERENCE ROOM
An easily accessible conference room, right at the front of the building. This is a smaller meeting space. It has a TV for media presentations.

STUDIOS
Two private activity areas that are well lit with natural light. Both offer plenty of space and mirrors covering one wall. Great for parties and church groups.

AQUATICS AREA
Private pool parties: good for family reunions, team parties, birthdays, or youth group retreats! A state-of-the-art pool with zero depth entry and spray features, lap lanes that can be removed, open swim area, a lazy river, and water slide that twirls around outside of the building and then back in, ending up in a wading pool on the pool deck. The aquatics area also offers an 18-person hot tub. Our Universal Changing Room hallway also has a mechanical lift, ensuring the entire community, regardless of abilities, can enjoy what we have to offer.

CLUBHOUSE
The Curling Center is attached to the back of the Greater Midland Community Center. The Clubhouse is the warm room in the Curling Center with a kitchen, seating for 65, and restrooms. Commonly used for graduation parties, bridal showers, retirement parties, and receptions. Off-season only (April through September). There is a separate parking lot for the Curling Center off of Haley St.

ICE SHED
The Ice Shed is where, during Curling Season, the ice is located. Off season, the space is a large concrete room that has been used for fundraisers, blood drives, summer camps, large group meetings, and more! Due to the space not having tables and chairs most of the year, the space is extremely customizable; we’re sure we can find the set up you’ve been thinking of!

FULL CURLING CENTER
Space permitting, you can rent out both the ice shed and clubhouse for your event.
CURLING EVENTS
Group rentals are available for special events and clubs, classes, church or business groups during Curling Season only (October through March). We charge by sheet; you can request 1 to 4 sheets, 8 people per sheet. Each rental includes 2 hours of ice time, 2 instructors per sheet, and 1 hour of time in the clubhouse after your ice time.
Rent our facility for your next birthday party, team practice, or church event. Full facility rental includes bounce house setup. Use our gym with optional indoor batting cage for your team's practice!
