The Greater Midland Tennis Center would like to welcome Arnel Hipolito!
Arnel comes to us from The Kitsap Tennis & Athletic Center where he was a member of their tennis professional’s team since 2012. Arnel is USPTA, PTR, and Cardio Tennis Certified. He has played for over 10 years and was ranked top 20 in the Pacific Northwest Open Division. His many years of experience with juniors to adults are a wonderful addition to our team. His role will be Director of Junior Transition and Leader of Cardio Tennis. He will work with our junior development players that are transitioning from orange / green / yellow ball as well as the recreational side to the competitive side. He has great experience with junior players at this level and beyond and will be a much needed addition to our team in this area.
Austin Woody will still be a big part of this program (formerly SA and Hot Shots) and support Arnel with the program as well as private lessons. Austin's focus for 2016/17 will be his final year at Northwood University, his major and finishing out his college tennis career.
Since Arnel is Cardio Tennis Certified he will also bring great energy and focus to one of our most important adult programs. If you haven’t been to cardio tennis in awhile this is your time to jump back in. Whether an adult or a junior player, look to get on court with Arnel this fall and winter. You’ll be glad you did!
Arnel is from Washington where he has lived all of his life playing and coaching tennis. He also loves to be active, hike, travel, watch sports, and play music. Please welcome Arnel to our Greater Midland Tennis Center team!
