The Greater Midland North-End Fitness Center is hosting a Fit For Life Weight-Loss Challenge open to anyone 14 years or older, members and non-members alike! This six (6) week challenge will provide you with all the tools, information and encouragement you need to push yourself to shed pounds, feel better. Basically you enter a caterpillar and emerge a beautiful butterfly!

A SPECIAL OFFER FOR THE FIRST 10 GYM BUDDY TEAMS!
The first 10 gym buddy teams to sign up will receive one 30-minute team personal training session* to kick start their weight-loss and get on the fast track!
*Each participant must complete a fitness assessment before training session.
FURTHER DETAILS
The competition will begin with an orientation providing the details of the program and an introduction to all of the components included. We will conduct your initial assessment at this orientation to establish your baseline data to get you off and running! After six weeks of hard work, we'll complete the final assessment to see who has best InBody Score. The InBody Score takes into consideration the changes made to your “Muscle Mass” as well as “Body Fat” resulting in what we believe to be a fair measurement accommodating all shapes and sizes and keeps the chances of winning equal for all individuals. All assessments will be completed using our new INBODY 570 BODY COMPOSITION MACHINE.
PRIZES WILL BE AWARDED TO THE TOP THREE MALE AND FEMALE PARTICIPANTS
1st Place – $100, 3 Month Core North-End Membership, and one float from MI Float
2nd Place – $75, 2 Month Core North-End Membership
3rd Place – $50, 1 Month Core North-End Membership
The Gym Buddy Team with the highest average InBody Score will win a prize pack. Details to come!
